How will you work with our current computer vendors?

We like to think of ourselves as the liaison between your company and the outside world. Just as if we worked directly for you, we will establish a relationship with your current vendors. In the end, we will solve your problem by working with the outside world. This keeps you from having to deal with multiple people on a single problem.

Do you repair home computers?

Yes, Infinite Concepts offers repair service for your home system. Whether it is a slow-running processor, viruses, or spyware, we can return your computer to its former operating capacity.

Do you sell computers?

Infinite Concepts will design a computer system specifically for you. We consult with our clients to learn their needs before the purchase, thus ensuring that the system is built and performs to the customer's requirements and satisfaction. We do not offer complete systems already made.

How much will it cost?

Infinite Concepts has the most competitive rates in the Delta.  We charge by the hour for services rendered and by the part for hardware. There is no charge for quotes. Rates are:

Senior Engineer - $77 / hr
Network Technician - $66 / hr

Is there an ongoing charge?

No, we are an extension of your company. You pay us for the time we work on your system.  There are no retention fees.

What if I have a problem on the weekend?

We will be available. We are on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
